Hodany Engineering provides the following engineering services:

  • Power electronics development
    Schematic design, simulation, PCB design, prototyping and full characterization of power electronic circuits and systems. We can cover the whole HW development process from feasibility study, through prototyping to industrialization.
  • Simulation model development
    We develop various simulation models for power management ICs for some of the top semiconductor manufacturers. These simulation models can be used with LTspice, PSpice and similar derivatives, but we also provide models specificly for SIMPLIS.
  • Design review and circuit debugging
    If you would like to have an experienced engineer to check your design before prototyping, we are always keen to jump into your project. Have you got in trouble with your prototype? Well, all real power electronics engineers blow up their circuits sometimes! No problem, we can help you and your engineers to fix the problem in your design as soon as possible.
  • Design for EMC
    We help our clients to avoid the typical pitfalls of the EMC compliance tests – right from the beginning of the product development!  Many of our customers have realized already: the earlier we start dealing with EMC, the better chance to pass the critical tests at the first time. Design for EMC is a complete process supporting the whole product development by systematically reviewing the product design from many aspects with special focus on electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility.  The potential cost savings are huge in most cases in product development.
  • EMC problem solving
    Should you have any EMC-related issues (ie. failing at EMC conducted or radiated emission tests), we are keen to help you with solving these problems so that you can meet your strict deadlines during product development.
